These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Razed ("Razed", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the betting platform available at razed.life. By registering an account, accessing the Razed platform, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
These Terms apply to all Razed services including cricket betting, PSL betting, football betting, live casino, crash games, and any other product or feature available on the platform now or in the future. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use Razed in any way.
Important: Razed is designed exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older and who are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online sports betting is permitted. It is your responsibility to verify that your use of Razed complies with the laws of your location.
Razed reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
To register and use Razed, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
Razed takes age verification seriously. If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be held, and any winnings accrued during the period of suspected underage use may be forfeited pending investigation.
Each eligible individual may hold one account on Razed. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering on Razed, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any additional verification information that Razed may request. Providing false information during registration will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Razed login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. Razed will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify Razed's support team immediately via the contact methods listed in Section 12.
Razed operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard industry practice. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport, proof of address, and confirmation of your payment method. Razed may suspend deposits, withdrawals, or both until verification is complete. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time period may result in account closure.
One Account Policy: If Razed identifies that a user holds more than one account — regardless of the intent — all associated accounts will be suspended. Any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided, and balances may be adjusted accordingly.
All financial transactions on Razed are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Razed does not charge fees on deposits made via supported payment methods, though your payment provider may apply its own charges — please check with them directly before transacting.

The minimum deposit amount on Razed is Rs 200 via mobile wallet and Rs 500 via bank transfer or card. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, although high-value deposits may trigger a review under Razed's anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through legitimate means. Razed will not accept deposits from accounts that are not registered in your name. Razed may at any time request documentation confirming the source of funds used to deposit on the platform.
Depositing funds from third-party accounts — including family members' wallets or bank accounts — is not permitted on Razed without explicit prior approval. Such transactions will be flagged and may result in account suspension.
All bets placed on Razed are subject to the specific rules applicable to that sport or market, in addition to these general Terms. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the relevant rules before placing any bet.
A bet is only confirmed once Razed's system has issued a bet reference number. Until that confirmation is received, no bet has been placed. Razed reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that appear to exploit pricing errors or system glitches.
In the event that Razed publishes manifestly incorrect odds — whether due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure — Razed reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect prices and return stakes to user accounts. Razed will make every reasonable effort to honour correctly priced bets and will notify affected users promptly in the event of a void.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the conditions for settlement of a particular market have been met, bets on that market will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific settlement rules for cricket (including Duckworth-Lewis applications), PSL playoffs, and football (extra time, penalty shootouts) are published in the sport-specific rules section of the Razed platform.
The minimum stake per bet on Razed is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. Razed reserves the right to adjust individual user stake limits without prior notice, particularly in cases where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of market prices.
Detection of any prohibited practice will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
Razed is committed to processing withdrawals as quickly as possible. The platform processes all verified withdrawal requests on a 24/7 basis, with the majority of Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals credited within three minutes of approval.
To make a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified and in good standing. The withdrawal method must match a payment method previously used to deposit on your Razed account, or be a verified account registered in your name. Withdrawals to unverified accounts or third-party accounts are not permitted.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 for IBFT bank transfers. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though Razed may apply standard AML review procedures for larger transactions.
Razed does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply its own fees for receiving funds — please check with your provider directly.
Pending Bonus: If you have an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, the bonus-linked portion of your balance cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. Your real-money balance above any bonus amount remains withdrawable at any time.
Razed offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, in addition to these general bonus rules. Please read the terms of each promotion carefully before opting in.
New Razed users are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. Eligibility is limited to one welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") on eligible markets before the resulting winnings can be transferred to your real-money balance and withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Not all markets contribute equally toward wagering requirements — live casino games, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than sports betting.
All bonus funds and free bet credits issued by Razed carry an expiry date, which will be stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus balances that expire will be removed from your account automatically. Razed will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the bonus system on Razed — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or coordinating with others to abuse promotional offers — will result in the voiding of all associated bonuses, forfeiture of related winnings, and potential account closure.
Razed's promotional terms are reviewed regularly. The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including for individual users where abuse is suspected.

Razed reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, Razed reserves the right to void any outstanding bets and forfeit any balance held in the account. Where closure is for any other reason, outstanding bet winnings will be settled and any remaining balance will be returned via the user's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may request the closure of your Razed account at any time by contacting support. Before closing your account, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any active bets will be settled in full. If you close your account while holding a bonus balance, that bonus balance will be forfeited.
Razed may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised and registered users will be notified via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of Razed following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect. Please contact Razed's support team if you require clarification on any change.
